Surveys

Surveys are a logical extension of DMP’s multi-touch philosophy, which requires us to be good listeners as we continually query prospects about their needs and interests. We have extensive experience designing, developing and conducting surveys for such purposes customer satisfaction measurement and new product or service development. We also conduct surveys as part of our marketing campaigns, for purposes such as building a prospect list or following up after an event.

Survey methodologies are determined by the needs of our client and the characteristics of the target survey group. Information can be gathered via hard copy surveys, site surveys, personal telemarketing calls, scan sheets, BRC, fax, e-mail and web-based survey tools. Localization and other survey overlays are available. As required, we can design a database to be used for analysis of survey results, with secure access through a variety of virtual reports.

DMP has successfully instituted VIP programs in which surveys are versioned in order to identify, target and collect the most valuable data from high-end customers and prospects.
